Ever After in the Garden at The Taylor Mansion

Bright, bold, and blooming with love, this spring wedding inspiration styled-shoot at The Taylor Mansion wedding venue in Taylor, Texas was straight out of a modern fairytale. Designed around the theme Ever After in the Garden, we brought together real couples, friendship moments, and bridal beauty in a pastel-drenched celebration of love and laughter.

This garden wedding inspiration in Central Texas felt like a breath of fresh air — colorful, intentional, and full of charm. The property itself is something special: a canary-yellow historic wedding venue with a modern, all-glass crystal ballroom, classic checkered floors (yes — truly one of the best wedding venues near Austin with checkered floors), and an outdoor patio made for golden hour hangs. Two mini horses roam the grounds (dreamy), and there’s even a vintage Rolls Royce parked out front, adding a fun, timeless touch.

Layers of airy tulle cascade down into a flowing skirt, while delicate sheer puff sleeves add a touch of whimsy and vintage charm. The bodice is structured yet soft, creating a romantic silhouette without feeling too formal — a look made for whimsical spring bridal inspiration. It’s the kind of dress that catches the light just right.

Couples Models:

Brittnee Coss + Milan Shah | @brittneechantelle

From a quiet First Look to sunset kisses, our couples moved through the day with ease — one just beginning their love story, the other already pages in. Their chemistry, their connection, and every frame in between was soaked in spring warmth.

They hadn’t met before the styled shoot, but you’d never know it from the way they laughed, linked arms, and hyped each other up like lifelong best friends. Nichole Pham, our radiant bride, set the tone early on by initiating a moment of prayer, and from there, the energy was nothing but love, support, and sisterhood.

In a matter of minutes, these two went from strangers to soul sisters, reminding us that wedding days (and styled shoots!) are about more than just the aesthetics, they’re about connection, presence, and finding joy in unexpected friendships.

The Taylor Mansion

Tucked just outside of Austin in the heart of Taylor, Texas, The Taylor Mansion is more than just a venue, it’s a piece of history. Built in 1878 by one of Taylor’s original pioneers, John R. Hoxie, the mansion was once the centerpiece of the 5,000-acre Flag Springs Ranch. Back in its heyday, it was a gathering place for grand parties, social events, and the elite of the time — and over the years, it’s collected a treasure trove of stories and legends passed down through generations.

In 1978, the Qualls family purchased the estate and opened it up to the community in 2007 as a wedding and event venue. Now owned and lovingly operated by Robert and Lindsey Smith since late 2021, The Taylor Mansion wedding venue continues to serve as a vibrant social hub for the area, not as a faceless corporate venue, but as their actual home. They live on-site, host with heart, and are deeply invested in every celebration that takes place here.
